Unacceptionaly bad service

I am trying for more than an year to cancel my account, i have emailed my cancelled doc's and still nothing, i went back to 1 of their shops and the employees can apparently not assist, the call centre they phoned are also not willing to help. I am told to go online for cancellation. Their system are not user friendly and i am not able to find the cancellation section. Their online help line are also continuesly offline. I am told to pay my account thats the end of the story from their side. I am an pensioner and cannot afford this and therefor i am trying to cancel my account. There are another account created on my name that i have not signed for and also sit with the same problem. This is going back till 2011. Please could someone assist me. Henning van wyk **********
