Unacceptably High Debit
Just received an sms telling me that this month my account will be debited R990! I average R450 - R600 and I have set explicit spending limits. <br> I had issues with 8ta a few years back, after being debited for amounts way above my agreed amount. I never took action then, but this time i have had it! <br> I have called the call center and was asked to phone at another time. I wont. If i am not contacted by tomorrow, by someone who can explain and fix this nonsense, I will cancel my contract.
