Unacceptable slow internet connectivity

I stay in Midrand and took a FreeMe contract with Telkom about 5 months back. The first 3 months l had flawless and super fast internet. However, the past 2 months have been a very miserable period for me. Even navigating to this site took me 3 minutes, pathetic if you ask me!! I'm regretting taking a contract with them. I pay a lot of money for this service but l'm not getting the most out if it. Telkom please fix your network issues, l'm not the only one in Midrand with this problem. I have seen a whole lot of other complaints. You are inconveniencing us and it's unacceptable.
