Unacceptable Service Provided

The service is **********. I never recieved any communication regarding the transfer of the dsl lines to the wireless routers for home packages. Now they apparently dont repair dsl lines and if you transfer over your premium goes up as if we as the consumers have just got an extra few hundreds lying around to now have to pay for this which was not the original contract . My line has been damaged for over a month now and a technician who was seeing to it cannot bother to answer my calls or my messages (i was told im lucky someone even cane out). Ive called the call centre countless times but they cannot assist me from their offices obviously. Its absolutely unacceptable that a person is required to pay for a service that gives them absolutely no support! I Would not recommend Telkom to no one.
