Unacceptable service of Telkom mobile

<p>I received the worst customer service from Telkom mobile's call center ever. A Telkom mobile vender telephonically sold me this Telkom free me deal. This includes a Huawei Y5, 3000 Telkom talking minutes and 10GB of data. I mentioned to the sales women that I'm a student and only earn R1200pm, despite me telling her that she said she'll put it on the application that I earn R6000pm. On my first statement I saw I'm only getting 500MB and not the 10GB’s which was promised. She also mentioned that if I'm not happy with the contract could phone in and cancel the contract within the first 10 days, which I have done. I've spoken to a several consultants and to 3 managers at the call center each promising to resolve the problem. I haven't received any communication from any one of them regarding my case. These agents are excellent at selling because of using false advertising to attract customers.</p>
