Unacceptable service! My landline still not fixed!

I am utterly unsatisfied with Telkom's service. I have logged a call with their call center to fix my landline on 21st July 2015 and as yet no one has come to fix my landline.<br> <br> I've called back numerous times and my call is either never answered and I eventually hang up or IF I eventually get through I'm told that the call has been logged and I receive the same reference number
