UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE LEVELS, STOCK LEVELS & FALSE ADVERTISING

I have decided to not continue with the 3 x mobile contracts with Telkom as well as data.

It has been the worst experience of my life; just when I thought my previous

Cell phone provider’s service was shocking, you topped it! If this is the initial service I can just

Imagine what after-sales service will be like. I started the process on 16 June and today I’m giving up! (27/7)

I train CUSTOMER SERVICE to big corporates and small businesses and can tell you and your colleagues

that you need urgent assistance in improving your level of service. There seems to be NO sense of

urgency assisting customers. I’m sure you all work for a fixed salary?! And not commission.

The shop Manager was also not at all sympathetic towards any of the customers

In the long queue yesterday. Most of us had complaints. I think the cherry on the top

Was to be told by the floor assistant that the 5Gig @ R99 p.m. device is not in stock and

Nobody can tell you when it will be in stock. Nothing that I wanted has been in stock and

Most of the people in the queue yesterday complained about the same thing as well as the

Shocking service from consultants. Isn't that false advertising? You don't have the product; don't know when you will get the product yet you still sign up people! That's totally unacceptable!

The fact that 2 employees also lost all my documentation

is just totally unacceptable!

TELKOM has made severe changes to their shops which make it totally customer UNFRIENDLY!

· No labels to where to queue

· Random people dressed in ‘civvies’ approaching a person to ask why you’re there??

· No corporate identity

· No urgency in assisting people waiting on the floor

· No acknowledgement of customers waiting on the floor when consultants are not busy with

Customers in front of them

· A general lack of assistance!

Start asking your customers standing in the endless queues daily how you can improve your service. It’s

Always an eye-opener.

Kind regards

Venita Labuschagne

Cell: 083 **********
