Unacceptable Service from Telkom!

Awful Experience!!! Telkom added an unknown person under my profile without any consent from me and I received no notification of it.

A new contract was opened under my profile and the party has been enjoying free international calls at my expense.

The name and the adress of the party is on the system and after having visited their branches innumerable times to have the person removed and to revoke the outstanding amounts, Telkom confirmed to have done so, but to this day I keep getting debited and the strange names and addresses still appear on my app and my statements.

I am constantly being reminded of the outstanding amounts and getting threats of being handed over or listed should I fail to make payments toward the outstanding balances and I am at a point where I am prepared to terminate my relationship with telkom if this matter is not resolved immediately.

@Telkom if this bothers you at all, you have my number. I will give you all the case numbers you have sent me and re-send you all my documents including an affidavit I used and my FICA docs.
