Unacceptable service from Telkom

I took out a contract with Telkom in January and since then I've had either technical problems or problems with my service. I spoke to a sales consultant on July 18 about my Telkom account that was suspended for no reason. The same thing happened again on August 13 and now on September 10. The last time it happened, I was informed that my account was suspended because of a credit limit and the total obligation is more than that. However, I did not set this limit and no one has tried to help me to remove it. I started the account in January and there was never a limit on it before July. I also find it strange that a limit of R350 was placed on an account for a service of R600. This is the first year of a two year contract and I can’t understand why I’m going to have to deal with this problem until the end of it. This is the third time that Telkom has suspended my account. The first two times my invoices were only due for the last day of the month, so it couldn't have been suspended for outstanding payment. This month I haven't even received an invoice yet nor any communication about the suspension, so I find it unacceptable that my account has already been suspended. This is not the way to treat paying customers. I've logged several previous faults and complaints for the same problem. Is there a way to get out of a contract with a service provider that has treated a customer very poorly and kept repeating the same problems?
