Unacceptable service from telkom

<p>The service recieved from telkom is absolutely pathetic. Our phone lines and internet Lines have been down due to a lightening. Its been over a week and we have got no positive response from telkom. They have said they contracted the problem to another company and still we have not received any come back. We have tried to contacting telkom plenty of times but we have been put on hold for more than half an hour.we have tried emailing but still nothing. This is truely disguisting. How much longer can we as customers wait for a lil feedback!!</p>
