unacceptable service from a telkom manager at grove shopping center pretoria east

i was at telkom store on 14/09/2017 at grove / pretoria east which the promotion was until the 20/09/2017

i took a package that they call freeme 20 gb that will cost me R 599 a month

while the sales lady was busy i did told her to stop and asked her as i want freeme 20 gb with a phone HUAWEI P 10 PLUS WITH FREE HUAWEI FIT WATCH that will cost me R 1099 ( 14/09/2017 )

the sales lady couldnt reverse the paper work and asked her manager as she was not in the mood to help

so the sales lady asked me to have patience and she will cancel and add the phone and i must be there on wednesday which it was 20/09/2017 the old promotion.Is it my problem that the manager is not in the mood to do her work at grove telkom center that is in pretoria east ?

They had the phone but another customer took the phone so i had to wait which it was not a problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! including the managers poor service help and not in the mood.........................

so today 21/09/2017 i had to go twice to grove telkom center in pretoria east and i got the phone

unfortunately the watch was not available as the new date for the promotions for telkom this phone is not coming with the watch but i ordered on the 14/09/2017 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

now please someone can explain to me as i ordered on 14/09/2017 where is my watch ?

this is a manager and how does she run telkom store in Grove shopping center in pretoria east ?

She cant even sort out a basic problem

i want my problem sorted out
