unacceptable service!!!

telkomSA is the pits!!! .... I phoned in October to cancel my contract expiring in November they told me they couldn't assist I should go on self service to cancel. on their site I managed to cancel the router only. customer care said I must go on the app or telkom site on the 19th to be precise to cancel this as my debit order goes off on the 20th.

Trust me when I say Telkom makes it difficult for us to leave them deliberately because the system kept on throwing errors on the day. now my contract will have to go on for 25months and not the 24 months I signed up for because of their failed systems.

I will never recommend Telkom to anyone because of this unacceptable service!!!!
