Unacceptable service

Bad internet service going on for more than a month. We pay R899 for uncapped LTE on a 10 mps speed. We did not have any problems, but now the download speed is good, but the upload speed is less than 3 mps. This is not what we signed up for. I have communicated with Telkom, but they did not even respond to my message. Bad internet service as well as customer service.
