Unacceptable service delivery

Never been so disappointed with a service provider ever. They downgrade service on a upgrade request. They took almost a month to fix the problem and still it was not resolved. After trying to cancel their service online like they tell you to it doesn’t work. And the after getting them to cancel it for you they cancel the cancellation and bill you for service never received. Terrible experience and still fighting with bills department to sort out this matter.
