Unacceptable Service and Network issues

I am disgusted by the response time (NONE AT ALL). I have called to ask for Managers/Team Leads/ the back office and I get told they will call me back and 2 months later I am still waiting for the calls. I have raised the urgency on this numerous times as I am missing important phone calls!

I have been calling, logging faults and emailing Telkom Mobile since there are multiple people calling me and it says "This number does not exist", when in fact it does and others are able to contact me fine. No Calling barring has been done on my side.

My iMessage has a different number (not related to me at all) when I respond but I receive iMessages to my own number.

This is certainly no way to handle an issue or a customer. I have no been put off from purchasing more products from Telkom due to the lack of the service I might get for the products.
