UNACCEPTABLE Service

We cancelled phone number *** and received Facebook messenger and sms confirmation that the number is cancelled. Now account *** is suspended due to non payment for the above number that was cancelled? The suspension is causing a loss of income for us. As the new phone number [***] and WIFI is no working!!
