Unacceptable service

I've been waiting on Telkom for over 3 weeks now to come install my ADSL line ,when I call they keep saying they are escalating it,which is unacceptable because when you escalate it shouldn't take more than 24hours and with absolutely no evidence to show on my side that this matter is being escalated , really disappointed and upheld at such service from an old telecommunications company like this. Unacceptable!
