UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

<p>I received an SMS from P&P Attorneys stating that my account has been handed over to them. ***.</p> <p>I ordered a WiFi modem through an agent that phoned me. They sold a package under false pretences.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted Telkom various times.</p> <p> </p> <p>A Telkom representative phoned me after reviewing the phone call recording, and agreed that the sales person did not give the correct facts regarding the terms.</p> <p>They advised me that I would be refunded for the debited amount, and that the contract is cancelled, I just needed to send back the modem. Which I did via a courier that they has arranged.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please sort this out, this is unacceptable. I am a long standing Telkom customer.</p>
