Unacceptable service

This contract is over since december 2018.i requested numerous times for the contract to be cancelled but to date it has not been cancelled.i cannot cancel on your website as it is graded out due to the sim being lost i have told this to your consultants but they really cant get it right.this even made me dispute my payments but it still didnt catch your attention.can this contract be cancelled and stop charging me i want to be reimbursed for all these months and i want a new invoice with the adjustments and i hope this can be resolved .i tried to even dispute on your website but it gives an error reference quote Gx2nz
