Unacceptable Service!!!!!

The level of bad service from telkom is truly astounding. Not only are their branches of no use, the call centre is even worse - that's if you're able to get through to the 'right' person. I've paid up both contracts and was told I cant cancel them, which I understand. However, this reflects as arrears on ITC and it's been such a mission to just get paid up letters as each week I'm told to wait another 5 days. In the meantime my home loan application is on hold because of this. Completely unacceptable!
