Unacceptable RUDE discriminating behaviour from Telkom custlady

Extremely RUDE, EXTREMELY RUDE lady I just spoke to at Telkom. The kind that ONLY go to her job everyday to qualify for a paycheque! Wiseman Ngubane have me a phone number to call and ask for him in regards with my fixed line installation. When I told my neighbors about the special offer they are running they both wanted to also have an installation done. They tried to call, AND THIS IS A A B S O L U T E NIGHTMARE TO TRY AND CALL TELKOM, AnywAy the lady I spoke to was, RUDE; UN PROFESSIONAL; SPITEFULL and in my opinion raccistic. She just put me back to where I started....BECAUSE SHE HAS THE 'POWER' and I am a white pensioner lady!!!!!Tellkom are welcome!!!! TO listen to the recorded conversation. It's so sad THAT A PERSON LIKE WISEMAN ARE COMITTED TO EXCELLENT SERVICE AND THEN RUDE FRUSTRATED DEEPLY INSIDE A VERY UNHAPPY LADY EXERCISE THIS ATTITUDE!!!! She should be called on the red carpet, dissiplined and sent for customer care, training !!!
