Unacceptable Non Exsiting Service

We have been without a landline & Internet coming up to 3 weeks. Each time we phone to find out what’s happening we get told a different story each and every time. All our neighbors landlines are working. So the excuse that our landline is down due to upgrading is untrue. We get told the fault has not been reported, yet we get the sms notifications. We get told a technician has been assigned low and behold phone again and guess what “our fault has not been reported or not been assigned” etc etc. What do we do now. We keep getting passed around and of course you can never speak to a manager!!! Telkom, your service is deplorable!!
