Unacceptable holding times - No response Web chat

<p>I have been trying to contact you via landline and your online chat service. (which does not work) 16 minute holding time is absolutely ridiculous. Who has time for that. </p> <p> </p> <p>So what do i have to do to give you business? Beg?!</p> <p> </p>
