Unacceptable Customer Service from Telkom Mobile

I have been struggling to cancel my contract since the beginning of 2023 with no luck whatsoever. When I phone them then the service is not available. When I email then I get conflicting replies to my email. I do not know which way to turn to cancel my contract for which I have been paying for years
