Unacceptable customer service

I had a horrible experience at telkom across from sheet street at cresta mall in Randburg. The consultant didn’t do as he was asked. He made my partner sign a contract for a new device only to inform him after everything was signed that he put him on a more expensive plan because the one we chose was, according to him, senseless. When we wanted him to cancel it he said that it can’t be done because the order has already been submitted. On top of that he told us that a vetting process has to take place before we can continue, which is fine, but not after having us sign a contract and submitting it to his head office.
