UNACCEPTABLE - BUSINESS SUFFERING!!
Business lines down since last Thursday, absolutely NO feedback or update from Telkom. When I phone your Business 10217 and try to speak to your employees, most of them are rude and totally disinterested!!
This is affecting our business terribly!!
No phone lines (incoming and outgoing) and no internet (adsl)!!!!
This needs to be sorted out Telkom, how can you just leave your customers in the dark! It is unacceptable!
