Unacceptable billing
I have 2 contracts with Telkom, 1 is a cellphone contract for R169 per month and the other is for wifi for R169 per month, together they amount to R328. When I first took out the contracts the billing was fine, for the first 2 months, being November and December. Suddenly from January I got billed a \usage"fee of R500 per month"
