UNACCEPTABLE AND POOR SERVICE PROVIDER

Ive had nothing but poor service from telkom, every time they have an issue in the area, I lose money! the internet is off, then they say its restored, but i am still without internet. why do i pay so much and get so little. then I have to stop what I am doing to go and connect and reset everything, what type of service is that, then if I dont they want to charge me additional R350,OO to send a technician, very unacceptable from a service provider I would encourage everyone in the nation to move over to VODOCOM, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! If you are living in RICHARDSBAY!!! Move to VODOCOM!!!
