unacceptable

We took in my husbands Iphone for repairs 21/11/2015 firstly the supervisor an african women with dreadlocks on the shift gave us a lot of attitude eventually assisted bu a kind gentleman Devin who assisted us further. Our mistake was not to switch off the find my Iphone then we left the phone a week later we get a call asking for the passwords details to switch it off we gave them the details then all was fine. Few days later i get a call stating my phone is ready for collection Saturday i go and collect get home it doesnt work the supervisor didnt tell mewhat is wrong just the phone is repaired. I get home on sarurday it doesnt work yesterday i go back to Telkom speak to Devin again which he assisting but tells me that he cant book in the phone because on the system its already booked in so i must take the phone back home because he wont be liable f something happens to the phone which i said i cant do then the supervisor on shift and african male came and told me that theu dont know who the repairs people are and they dont have their contact details so they will send them and email amd dont know when those people will respond to take the phone off the system.
