Unacceptable

Very very bad experience in Randfontein Village Mall i was for almost an hour and 30 minutes. That tom boy and a girl were suppose to help customers, they were just chatting laughing. Telkom need to do follow up on thier staff.

And also not planning to do any business with telkom in the future no more.
