Unacceptable

Hi today I received my router from telkom, when the product was sold to me they made alot of empty promises, like getting someone to fit in on, I called telkom on all the numbers but to my dismay they said I'm in the wrong department and just cut the call, I really thought telkom would be great but it's the total opposite, guys if yourl looking wifi or firbe try anywhere else then last option Telkom😡😡
