Unacceptable

Since moving my internet to Telkom I have had no end of problems. Despite paying R1099 each month I hardly have any connection. When it rains the signal goes completely and when it's not raining it comes and goes. Despite numerous complaints over the last 8 months nothing has been resolved. In early December it stopped working altogether! I tried for days to get through to 10210!!!!! They was never a reply despite holding on for over an hour at a time. I now have had no internet for more than two months! I will not be paying for this period. I also expect my account to be credited back half of each of the previous months that I had irregular signal!
