Unacceptable

Telkom is utterly useless. This is unacceptable in the highest regard. Been paying for a 10mbs uncapped line for many months now but still they give me a softcap of 20gig. I have bought this problem forward twice already where it was changed and assured that is fixed, but yet again here we are with the same problem. The first time around when i upgraded to the 10mbs uncapped , i was billed for both the 20gig softcap and 10mbs uncapped and did not recieve the uncapped package. This is very unprofessional, unacceptable and ludicrous. Being such a big business these kind of problems should not exist.
