Unacceptable
Holding on for 20 f***king minutes to speak to someone in the sales call center is totally unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Telkom REALLY need to up their game in this department. First time customer and VERY disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
