Unaccepatbale service problem not resolved

Logged a call on the 9th Ref 192crk091017 technician just closes the call, I get sent an sms saying problem resolved which I reply no as per message and no response so I log the call again and it gets closed immediately reference number 62crk191017, I then log a call again 442crk191017. Spoke to call center agents and to team lead Bianka still no response. how long does it take to fix a phone line also no communication from anyone I have to email only received a message saying that she will contact the technician and find out whats happening still no response,
