Unable to use landline, ADSL off

<p>We are unable to use our TELKOM line due to the noice and now our ADSL has been off for two days. We must now pay for a serive that does not work. We also have to use our cellphones to phone Telkom and who is going to cover the cost. Get your act toghter because you are F%^&* useless!!!!</p>
