Unable to use data service

My address is 61 Jacaranda Crescent Isipingo hills 4133. I use *** and *** for data. Please view the logs for these numbers/ Every month for the last 2 years I purchase 300-450 ZAR LTE bundles.

Your map shows I am within your LTE coverage. However for the last two months the coverage has been very bad. It goes to R (roaming) and I am unable to use the service.

I am considering using one of your competitors like Axxess or Afrihost. I use the internet for my business and it is very important for me to have reliable internet access,

Please advise
