Unable to upgrade my mobile phone contract

Hello Peter,

Unhappy customer of Telkom. I have been trying to upgrade my cellphone contract for the past month with no luck at any Telkom store or via the call center. They have a whole brochure full of cellphones but can only offer me 3 phones that is twice as expensive as my current contract. I am tired of being told that Telkom do not have the phone in stock and do not know if they will ever get stock again.

Very bad service from Telkom.
