Unable to run a business without phone line

<p>After the heavy rain, my business line has stopped working. I run my business from the Victoria street market in Durban. the phone lines for the entire complex has been down for a month. This is ridiculous .... how am i expected to run my business without communicating with suppliers and customers. At the end of the month, you will still require me to pay for the service. I will not be able to do as my business has not been able to functional at its 100%. I will not be paying my account till this issue has been resolved.</p>
