Unable to recieve Incoming calls or actual phone from day 1

<p>Land line recieved about 3 months ago Carnival Mall 011 ********** </p> <p>Was promised to recieve the actual phone when telkom have stock ?????</p> <p>Worst of all WE STILL CANNOT RECIEVE INCOMING CALLS PHONE CAN ONLY DIAL OUT</p> <p>Yet we still paying for over 3 months now whyyyy cant this ever get sorted</p>
