Unable to recharge my phone!

Hi there,

I have been trying for months to purchase Telkom Vouchers for my Waya Waya phone. I tried on the ABSA and FNB site and the vouchers don't work on a landline! I even got a recording from Telkom stating I must buy a mobile voucher. Today at PnP I was told not to buy the voucher as they are not working!

How am I supposed to recharge the phone?
