Unable to receive or make calls, This is terrible service

I have logged a call on the 19 of July 19 at 14:34 case number ***7 that unable to receive calls, make calls, send and receive sms. I call telkom almost everyday since the call has been logged and been transferred from one person to the other with no assist, sent emails and no one reply , they keep tell me that my request has been escalated till today no one has helped me, This is terrible service
