UNABLE TO REACH TELKOM INTERNET DEPARTMENT

It seems that Telkom Internet Department does not exist. I have been phoning calls centres up and down this morning. Why does Telkom make it so difficult for a person to reach a simple department. I have been phoning so many different numbers and chose so many options but no luck, you just don't get through to these people at Telkom internet. And don't even send an email to [Email Removed] because they never reply.<br> <br> How difficult can it be to have a dedicated number for a department and put that number on your website. Don't Tell my to call 10217/10210 and choose options BECAUSE IT DOES NOT WORK. Even the people answering gives a different number everytime. PATHETIC!!
