UNABLE TO PURCHASE A PHONE BECAUSE STAFF CAN'T GIVE ME INFORMATION ON WHERE TO BUY A PHONE?!

<p>I am lost at what to do next???!!! I am trying to purchase a contract through you guys for the Iphone SE 64GB. It is advertised on your webpage but you don't allow to buy it online. I have been to FOUR different branches, the staff just say they don't have it. NO OTHER HELP. They apparently can't get it from another store and apparently don't even have the ability to see which stores DO have stock? I have now called in three seperate times to the hotline with nobody able to help me!? I was given a promotional number to call and no answer. HOW ON EARTH DO YOU MAKE MONEY IF CUSTOMERS CANNOT PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCT? Your staff knows nothing, your telesales people know nothing, your website does nothing. I am stumped at how to buy this phone!? And frankly its a terrible sign that before even signing a contract I am struggling this hard. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CALL ME WHO KNOWS HOW TO FIND THIS PHONE OR WHO CAN SEND IT TO A STORE WHERE I CAN COLLECT IT!?</p>
