Unable to provide simple answers

I called your contact number off your website 081180 to ask whether you have any sim only data contracts. A simple request one would think. I called the call center 3 times and spoke to 3 different consultants, who were all unable to assist. I got told that there is a R200 once off activation fee, but they could not tell me the pricing of the different data contracts. I also got told to call another number, which would not work (10213).
