Unable to provide products as advertised

I upgraded my contract via telkom.co.za and i app**** for a specific product which comes with Bluetooth headphones as per catalog adverti*****t.I recieved my handset but no headphones and after countless calls and e-mals to a certain Petunia Mohlale at upgrades department at telkom mobile she comes up with every possible excuse to not supply me with my headphones which i am entitled to as per adverti*****t.

I have recieved one e-mail that stated the special was running for the month before i upgraded and that i cannot claim my headphones but if i go on the telkom website they are still advertised as an accompaniement to a specific headset so they are lying through their teeth and is in breech of contract.
