Unable to move existing services

<p>I am working on behalf of a school in Johannesburg.</p> <p>I have been trying for months to get an existing cable and poles moved out of the way of a new building site. We are building a new commercial swimming pool and the current telephone lines run through the middle. I have dealt with numerous people at Telkom and despite numerous promises... nothing has been done. </p> <p>It's now months later and we are building on site!!! Telkom now has no record at all of my inquiry... How does one actually reslove this??</p>
