Unable to make calls

I have been buying 20 gig freeme bundles from Telkom with a 1500min of airtime the last 2 months . Every time I reach approximately 900 mins left I get a an automated voice telling me I do not have airtime and I cant make any calls to any network .I have previously been to a Telkom store that could not sort this out.
