Unable to log a call with Telkom via email
I have for many years had an email address *** Ten days ago it stopped working. The unbelievable part is the difficulty in logging a fault. I first sent details of the problem via my Google email account to *** and had no response. I resent the mail after a couple of days and got an automated reply saying this is an unmanned mailbox and I should log a call with https://apps.telkom.co.za/logafault. I duly logged a call via that url but it gave no place to describe the problem other than 8 or so fault types to choose from - none of which accurately described my fault. I then received an SMS with ticket reference etc. saying "we will fix the issue soon". How can they if they don't know what the problem is??

18 Nov 2020, 19:46While trying to log my fault via email, I also tried by phoning 10210. It takes 10 minutes of my airtime before I get to speak to a consultant. The consultants are very pleasant but complain that their system is very slow or not working. After describing my problem to the consultant and waiting for her to be able to log it on her painfully slow system, the phone call was cut off. This happened twice. So after much time, expense and frustration, I still have not been able to log my Fault. If there is still anyone in Technical at Telkom please contact me!!!!
