Unable to give Technical support

<p>Cannot login to view my account, have tried for 3 months, nobody seems to be able to help me to change my password. The worst situation possible. Nobody seems to know what to do. I have phoned, use the chat facility, e-mailed, but do not get any help. If you phone they just put the phone done if they cannot help you. If you phone back you speak to a different person and then the same happens again. They do not have a clue!!!!!</p>
